This store is operated by Collective Commerce HK Limited, trading as SOKYND. These terms apply to use of our website and purchases from us. Mandatory consumer rights under the law applicable to your purchase are preserved.

Orders, products, and prices

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate order information. You must have the legal capacity to place an order. Product descriptions, available options, prices, payment methods, and the final total are shown before purchase. Prices currently use EUR. Changes to advertised prices or terms do not retrospectively alter a confirmed order.

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order; acceptance is confirmed in our order-acceptance or dispatch communication. Orders are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, or discover a material pricing error before acceptance, we will inform you and offer a correction for your agreement or cancel and refund any payment received.

Payment, delivery, and cancellation

See our payment policy and shipping policy. Request cancellation or address changes within 24 hours of ordering. We can act before dispatch, but cannot guarantee dispatch can be stopped after fulfillment starts. Statutory withdrawal remains available where applicable.

We remain responsible for delivery risk until you or your nominated recipient receives the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise. We will address missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries under the applicable consumer rules.

Returns and consumer rights

Our return policy explains the additional 30-day return offer, statutory withdrawal, refunds, and remedies for faulty goods. EU/UK statutory withdrawal and applicable legal guarantees are not replaced by any commercial return period or guarantee. Direct exchanges are unavailable; eligible size changes use return-and-reorder.

Website use and customer content

Do not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, infringe another person's rights, or collect personal information unlawfully. Website materials may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm you have the right to do so and allow us to display and reproduce it for the purpose for which you submitted it. Any other use remains subject to applicable intellectual-property and data-protection law. We may moderate unlawful or abusive content.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud, injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the law applicable to you. Events beyond our reasonable control may affect performance, but do not eliminate applicable cancellation, reimbursement, or other statutory rights.

Updates apply to future website use and future orders. The terms applicable to your confirmed purchase remain those in force when that contract was concluded, subject to mandatory law.
