Payment methods and currency

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout and can depend on your country, device, and payment provider. Our store currently displays and processes prices in euros (EUR). If your payment account uses another currency, your provider may apply conversion charges.

Prices, taxes, and order total

Review the final order total before confirming payment. Applicable tax amounts collected by us and any shipping charges are shown at checkout. Free shipping does not by itself mean that import taxes or duties are waived. Contact us before placing a cross-border order to confirm the import-charge arrangement for your destination. We do not make a blanket duty-free promise for every destination. The currency and final amount charged are shown before you pay.

Payment security and processing

Payment details are transmitted over an encrypted connection to our payment providers. We do not store complete card details on our own servers. Payment authorization and capture depend on your chosen payment method; any required verification will be communicated to you.

If payment is declined, check your billing details, account balance, and card validity, or select another available method. Contact your payment provider if the problem continues. Do not assume an order is confirmed until you receive confirmation.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We aim to issue them within seven days after receiving returned goods or sufficient proof of dispatch, subject to any earlier statutory deadline.
